Thank you for your interest in joining the 2023 Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership – 4th Batch, launched by the Ministry of Youth and Sports under the auspices of H.E. the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
In this regard, we would like to emphasize that our process of selecting the Nasser Fellowship participants is based on several mechanisms and criteria, namely Egypt Vision 2030, Africa Agenda 2063, the AU Roadmap on Harnessing the Demographic Dividend through Investments in Youth, the African Youth Charter, the 10 Principles of the Bandung Conference, the South-South Cooperation Strategy, the Sustainable Development Goals 2030, Nonaligned movement principles, the African Youth policy in Peace and Security, The African Policy for Women in Peace and Security, and other relevant documents adopted to ensure a better tomorrow for all while considering geographical, educational, institutional, cultural, social, professional, age, and gender diversity.
Reception & Accommodation:
The Ministry of Youth and Sports will bear the costs of full accommodation, local transportation, certificates, tourist attractions, and a PCR test 48 hours before departure from Egypt. Participants will bear the costs of their flight tickets, Visa to be (ensure) and a PCR test 48 hours before travel to Egypt.
Every two participants from different nationalities will be checked into double rooms according to the integration policy of the African Youth Bureau to ensure intermingling and socialization among Fellowship participants.
COVID-19 safety guidelines:
All participants who register for the Fellowship must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The Fellowship requires all participants to wear a mask at all times and keep a distance of at least 1 meter to safeguard themselves and others. If a participant has pre-existing medical conditions such as respiratory illness or chronic disease, they should stay in their room until they recover. Sanitizer stations will be provided throughout the venue, including rooms and meeting halls.

Collection of Data
The Fellowship collects personal information from applicants when they apply for the fellowship. The Nasser Fellowship for International Leadership owns all content posted on its website, including text, images, videos, and other media. Use of Data
The Fellowship uses collected data to evaluate applications and select fellows for our program. We may also use collected data to contact applicants about future opportunities or other related programs. The Fellowship does not sell or share applicant data with any commercial or marketing agencies.
The Fellowship Team reserves the right to use and publish any video submitted to us on our platforms and social media channels, provided that we deem the content appropriate. This does not guarantee or imply acceptance into the Fellowship Program.

We take appropriate measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures.
